Have you ever considered a career in the Hospitality industry? We’ve got you covered!

Hospitality is a high-growth career with much potential for qualified workers. In the United States, travel and tourism are the first, second, and third largest employer in 30 of the 50 states. Carroll County Adult Education will be hosting an 12-week beginner Hospitality course with an industry recognized Hospitality Skills Certification. The course will be held at our Tamworth location on Thursdays, beginning September 19, 2019 and running until December 12th from 11:30am-1:30pm each week. Scholarships are available for eligible students.

Modern Beekeeping & the Ancient Honey Bee Spring 2019

The 15-week Modern Beekeeping & the Ancient Honey Bee class will begin Sunday, March 24 from 12:30 pm-3:30 pm, and will end Sunday, June 30th. For non-diploma students the cost is $150 which includes books and materials. The class will be taught by local beekeeper Athena Contus from Wonalancet Honey Bee Co. For diploma students this class can be used as a high school history credit, and for non-diploma students it is the equivalent of an upper level course required by some Master Beekeeping Certification programs. Tamworth, NH (October 29, 2018) -We are happy to announce that Carroll County Adult Education and Blue Loon Transit have partnered to provide transportation to and from CCAE’s Tamworth school location. May 30, 2017 – Carroll Academy have received grants from the Kendal C. and Anna Ham Foundation of North Conway and the Dollar General Adult Literacy Foundation. We are able to fully fund our students education for 2017/2018 so head to one of our locations today and get your Diploma or HiSET!
